| Obverse description | The obverse presents an intaglio vignette of the Bank of Thailand's historic headquarters building (Bangkhunprom Palace) occupying the left and centre of the note, rendered in fine line engraving with detailed architectural shading. To the right, a large circular guilloche medallion bears the Bank of Thailand seal, surrounded by radiating sunburst ornaments, with multiple manuscript signatures of Bank officials arranged in columns flanking the seal. The vertical legend '50th ANNIVERSARY BANK OF THAILAND 10 DECEMBER 1992' appears along the left margin, a serial number in red is printed in the upper left area, and Thai script inscriptions reading '๕๐ ปี ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย' and '๑๐ ธันวาคม ๒๕๓๕' run along the lower portion. |
