Reverse description Allegorical figure of Germania, crowned and wearing an eagle-emblazoned breastplate, seated and leaning back while extending a palm branch in her outstretched right hand and placing her left hand on the shoulder of a kneeling African male figure who looks up at her; the exhibition grounds with pavilions, flagpoles, and palm trees are depicted in low relief in the background. The engraver's signature appears in the exergue below the base, and the legend arcs around the upper border.
