| Obverse description | The central field features the heraldic shield emblem of the Israel Nautical College in Akko, bearing a diagonal anchor and six-pointed stars in relief, with the Hebrew legend referring to '23 who went down to the sea' inscribed across the top of the shield. A stylized breaking wave occupies the lower field, above which a seagull in flight appears to the right. The numeral '25' and its Hebrew equivalent appear prominently at the top, flanked by bilingual inscriptions reading '25th Anniversary of Israel Nautical College in Akko' in Hebrew to the right and English to the left. |
