| Reverse description | Two overlapping circular medallions in the centre field display facing busts in profile: the Duke of Richmond facing right on the left medallion, and Earl Spencer facing left on the right medallion. The medallions are flanked and surmounted by a decorative spray of national flowers including a rose, thistle, and shamrock. The legend SMITHFIELD CLUB arcs around the upper field, and FOUNDED 1798 appears in the lower exergue. Each medallion bears the respective president's name and dates of tenure. |
