| Obverse description | Equestrian effigy of William III in classical armour, riding to the left with baton extended, mounted on a stepped rectangular pedestal inscribed 1690. The circular legend reads THE GLORIOUS MEMORY / NO SURRENDER around the field, with the engraver's signature G. BROWN D. below the pedestal. The medal retains a suspension loop at the top and a milled border. |
