Reverse description A kilted Highland soldier with drawn sword raised overhead seizes a French Imperial eagle standard from a retreating enemy soldier, with a crocodile at their feet symbolising Egypt. The deeply struck scene is set within a circular Scottish Gaelic legend and a lower exergue bearing the date, with the engraver's signature visible below the scene.
