Obverse description The obverse features the mint name in bold Arabic script occupying the upper field, accompanied by the letter Kha (خ) as an identifying initial. Below and to the right, a roaring tiger is depicted in profile facing right, rendered in a vigorous, stylized manner characteristic of Hyderabadi feudatory coinage. The feline figure displays an open mouth and raised forepaw, conveying power and authority. The overall composition is bold and loosely arranged, consistent with hammered gold coinage of the Kalyani feudatory issue.
