| Reverse description | Jupiter, nude save for a chlamys draped over his left shoulder, stands left atop a raised platform inscribed SIC X / SIC XX, symbolizing vows for ten and twenty years of reign. In his extended right hand he holds a small figure of Victory on a globe, while his left arm leans upon a long vertical sceptre. At his feet to the left, an eagle stands with wings folded, holding a wreath in its beak. The mint mark appears in the exergue, with the reverse legend IOVI CONS LICINI AVG surrounding the scene, invoking Jupiter as protector of Licinius Augustus. |
