Obverse description Laureate bust of Domitian facing right, draped with aegis visible at the left shoulder, rendered in high relief with finely detailed curled hair characteristic of Flavian portraiture. The emperor's strong facial features are depicted with a broad neck and slightly prominent chin. A beaded border frames the design, with the Latin legend distributed around the periphery of the field.
