| Obverse description | Pegasus depicted in flight to the right, wings spread, occupying the central field of the flan. The legend M ANT THEOPHIL II Q, naming the duovir quinquennalis M. Antonius Theophilus, is arranged around the periphery in Latin characters. The style is consistent with provincial Roman coinage struck at the Corinthian colony during the Augustan period. |
