Obverse description Laureate head of Emperor Septimius Severus facing right, rendered in the typical provincial style of Thracian civic coinage. The portrait displays the emperor's characteristic full beard and laurel wreath. The Greek legend surrounds the effigy in the field, abbreviated as dots-separated titulature. The flan is irregular and slightly thicker at center, consistent with hammered provincial bronze production.
