Obverse description Laureate head of Vespasian facing right, rendered in the naturalistic portraiture style characteristic of Flavian coinage. The effigy displays the emperor's mature features with characteristic realism, including a strong brow and squared jaw. The encircling Latin legend IMP CAESAR VESPASIANVS AVG runs along the periphery, identifying him as Imperator, Caesar, and Augustus. The fields show the typical irregular flan surface associated with hand-struck bronze coinage of this period.

Reverse description Confronted bare busts of Titus (left) and Domitian (right), the two sons of Vespasian, facing one another at the center of the field. Titus, as the elder and consul, is depicted on the left, while Domitian, serving as praetor, appears on the right. The senatorial mark of authority, S C (Senatus Consultum), is prominently displayed in the lower field between the two busts. The surrounding legend CAESAR AVG F COS CAESAR AVG F PR identifies both princes by their respective offices, running continuously around the coin's periphery. This exceptional reverse type, celebrating dynastic continuity within the Flavian house, is among the most distinctive bronze issues of Vespasian's reign.
