Obverse description Bare-necked laureate bust of Vespasian facing left, rendered in bold, high relief with characteristic portrait features including a furrowed brow and strong jaw. The effigy is depicted with drapery at the truncation of the shoulder. A circular legend in Latin surrounds the portrait within a beaded border.
