Obverse description Laureate bust of Titus facing right, rendered in high relief with strong portraiture characteristic of Flavian imperial coinage. The emperor is depicted with a broad neck and fleshy features typical of his known likenesses. The circumferential Latin legend runs clockwise around the obverse field, partially visible on the flan. The coin shows a deep olive-green patina consistent with long burial, with some surface encrustation. The die work displays the confident engraving style of the Roman imperial mint under the Flavians.
