| Obverse description | Laureate head of Titus facing right, depicted as Caesar under Vespasian, with finely rendered curling hair beneath the wreath. The portrait is executed in the assured Flavian court style, with a slightly idealized physiognomy characteristic of dynastic coinage. The encircling Latin legend reads T CAESAR IMP COS V, distributed around the periphery of the flan. The flan shows the characteristic irregular shape and green patina typical of struck bronze asses of this period. |

| Reverse description | Standing figure of Spes (Hope) rendered in full length, facing left, draped in a long stola and palla with fine vertical folds. She extends her right hand forward, offering a flower, while her left hand gathers a fold of her garment at the hip — the canonical iconographic pose of the personification. The senatorial authorization marks S and C (Senatus Consultum) are prominently placed in the field to the left and right of the figure respectively, flanking her at mid-body level. The field is otherwise plain, and the coin exhibits an attractive dark olive-green patina throughout. |
