| Obverse description | Bare-headed, laureate bust of Tiberius facing right, with draped shoulders visible at the truncation, rendered in the provincial Hispanic style characteristic of Ercavican coinage. The effigy is depicted in sharp relief with pronounced facial features. A continuous Latin legend encircles the portrait within a beaded border, reading TI CAESAR DIVI AVGVSTI F AVGVSTVS, identifying the emperor as son of the deified Augustus. |
