| Obverse description | Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Caligula (Gaius Caesar Augustus Germanicus) facing right, rendered in the Roman provincial style. The portrait displays the characteristic Julio-Claudian features with a wreath of laurel leaves clearly articulated around the head. The encircling Latin legend reads G CAESAR AVG GERM P M TR POT COS, distributed around the periphery of the flan. The engraving reflects the vigorous but somewhat provincial execution typical of the Oscensian municipal mint under Caligula's reign. |

| Reverse description | A military horseman galloping vigorously to the right, wearing a helmet and military cloak (paludamentum), with a long spear (hasta) levelled forward in the attack position. The horse is depicted in full gallop with legs extended, conveying dynamic martial energy characteristic of Iberian provincial coinage. The legend around the periphery names the two local duoviri quinquennales, G. Tarracina and P. Priscus, and identifies the issuing city as Osca, reading G TARRACINA P PRISCO V V OSCA II VIR. The type echoes the equestrian iconography long celebrated in the coinage of the Iberian Peninsula. |
