| Obverse description | Bare head of Augustus facing right, rendered in a naturalistic Augustan portrait style with softly modelled features and close-cropped hair. The imperial effigy is positioned centrally within the field, exhibiting the idealized yet individualized physiognomy characteristic of early Principate coinage.
