Obverse description A large bunch of grapes suspended from a vine tendril occupies the central field, rendered in relief with individual berries visible toward the base of the cluster. A six-petalled rosette or star symbol is positioned in the upper left field above the grape bunch. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show characteristic ancient patination consistent with hammered bronze coinage of Hispania.

Reverse description Two ears of wheat depicted horizontally across the central field, their tips pointing to the right, with finely rendered grain and awns. The civic legend ACINIPO is inscribed in large Latin letters across the lower portion of the field. A dotted border runs along the upper rim of the coin, and the overall composition reflects the agricultural iconography typical of Hispano-Roman municipal bronze coinage.
