Reverse description An allegorical female figure representing Peace or Charity, holding a palm frond in her left hand and a laurel wreath in her right, places the wreath above a mother holding an infant, accompanied by a uniformed soldier standing to the right. The dates 1914·1915 appear in the right field, the engraver's signature A. HARTIG is below the scene, and the legend MILITIBUS LAESIS VIDUIS NATISQUE RELICTIS and K.F.A. are inscribed in the exergue. The reverse border features a beaded rim.
