Obverse description Bare-headed and laureate bust of Emperor Hadrian facing left, rendered with a bearded portrait in the Hellenistic tradition, ribbon ties visible behind the neck. The emperor is depicted with characteristic curled hair and full beard, consistent with his mature portraiture. A circular legend runs along the inner border of the coin's field.
