| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, seen from the rear, with the paludamentum fastened at the right shoulder. The effigy displays Hadrian's characteristic short beard rendered in fine engraving. The surrounding Greek legend reads ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ ΤΡΑΙ ΑΔΡΙΑ ϹΕΒ, distributed around the periphery of the flan in the Alexandrian provincial style. |
