Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, depicted from the rear, with the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder. The effigy displays characteristic Hadrianic portraiture with a short beard and laureate wreath. A beaded border frames the design. The Greek imperial titulature legend runs around the periphery of the field.
