Obverse description Laureate head of Emperor Trajan facing right, with finely rendered facial features and laurel wreath. The portrait is executed in the characteristic Trajanic style of Alexandrian coinage, displaying a strong profile bust. The surrounding Greek legend reads ΑΥΤ ΤΡΑΙΑΝ ΣΕΒ ΓΕΡΜ ΔΑΚΙΚ, identifying the emperor with his imperial titles. The flan is irregular, typical of provincial hammered silver coinage of this period.
