Obverse description Bare-headed and laureate bust of Emperor Nero facing right, with youthful portrait in the Alexandrian style. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine detailing of the hair and facial features characteristic of early Neronian coinage from the Alexandria mint. A circular Greek legend surrounds the portrait in the field.
