Reverse description Draped bust of Sarapis facing right, wearing the characteristic kalathos (modius) atop his head and a taenia (fillet) around the brow, with flowing locks framing the face in the deity's distinctive iconographic style. The date legend L ΙΘ (Year 19) appears to the left of the bust, indicating the nineteenth regnal year of Trajan's reign according to the Alexandrian dating system. A beaded dotted border encircles the design.
