Obverse description Draped bust of Julia Mamaea facing right, wearing a stephane (diadem crown), presented within a beaded border. The effigy is rendered in the typical Alexandrian provincial style with visible drapery folds across the shoulder. The circumferential Greek legend reads ΙΟΥ ΜΑΜΑΙΑ ϹΕΒ ΜΗΤ ϹΕΒ Κ ϹΤΡΑ, identifying her as Julia Mamaea, Augusta, Mother of the Augustus and the Camp. The portrait exhibits the high-relief engraving characteristic of Alexandrian tetradrachm coinage of the Severan period.

Reverse description Draped bust of Sarapis facing right, crowned with the distinctive modius-shaped kalathos, rendered with curling hair and beard in the Hellenistic Egyptian tradition. A palm branch is depicted vertically in the field before the deity, serving as an emblematic attribute. The regnal year date L Ι (Year 10) appears in the left field, corresponding to the 10th year of Severus Alexander's reign (AD 230-231). The reverse composition reflects the syncretic religious iconography characteristic of Alexandrian provincial coinage, combining Greek and Egyptian sacred imagery.
