| Obverse description | Draped bust of Sabina, wife of Hadrian, facing right, her hair arranged in a long queue or plait falling at the nape, with a diadem or stephane visible atop the coiffure, rendered in the idealised Hellenistic portrait style characteristic of Alexandrian coinage. The legend ϹΑΒΕΙΝΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΗ is inscribed in Greek characters within the field, partially flanking the portrait. A beaded border encircles the type. |

| Reverse description | Sabina, draped in a long chiton and himation, stands facing with head turned to the left; she extends her right hand over a flaming altar at her left side and holds a long sceptre vertically in her left hand. The figure is rendered in the classical Greek style typical of Alexandrian mint issues under Hadrian. The regnal year date L ΙΕ (year 15, corresponding to 130–131 AD) appears in the field to the left, with the legend ϹΑΒΕΙΝΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΗ distributed around the periphery. A beaded border frames the composition. |
