| Obverse description | Laureate bust of Emperor Antoninus Pius facing right, depicted with characteristic beard and draped paludamentum. The imperial effigy is rendered in the provincial Alexandrian style, with the laurel wreath clearly delineated. The encircling Greek legend reads ΑΝΤωΝΙΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ ΕΥϹ(Ϲ)ΕΒ, identifying the emperor as Antoninus Augustus Pius. The portrait occupies the central field with the legend distributed around the periphery. |
