Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Antoninus Pius facing right, wearing the paludamentum over the left shoulder, rendered in the provincial Alexandrian style characteristic of the mid-second century AD. The emperor's portrait exhibits the full beard and idealized mature features typical of his coinage. The Greek legend ΑΝΤωΝΙΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ ΕΥϹΕΒ (Antoninus Augustus Pius) runs around the periphery of the field.

Reverse description Radiate and draped bust of Helios facing right, the solar deity depicted with a prominent radiate crown of elongated rays emanating from the head, the drapery falling over the left shoulder. The composition is rendered in the distinctive Alexandrian provincial style, with the regnal date legend L ΙΘ (Year 19, corresponding to 155–156 AD) positioned to the right of the bust in the field.
