Obverse description Draped bust of Faustina II facing right, with hair elaborately dressed and gathered at the nape, rendered in the provincial Alexandrian style. The portrait is executed in moderate relief typical of billon tetradrachms of the Antonine period. The encircling Greek legend reads ΦΑΥϹΤΙΝ ϹΕΒ ϹΕΒ ΕΥϹΕΒ ΘΥΓ, identifying her as Augusta, daughter of the pious emperor.

Reverse description Dikaiosyne, the personification of Justice, standing facing with head turned to the left. She holds a set of scales in her right hand and a cornucopia in her left, attributes emblematic of equity and abundance. The figure is rendered in the characteristic flat relief of Alexandrian provincial coinage. The regnal year date L ΙΕ (year 15, corresponding to 151–152 AD) appears in the field.
