| Obverse description | Bare-headed, short-bearded bust of Marcus Aurelius as Caesar, draped in cuirass and paludamentum, facing right and viewed from the rear. The obverse legend reads Μ ΑΥΡΗΛΙϹ ΚΑΙϹΑΡ in Greek characters surrounding the portrait.
