Obverse description Draped bust of Empress Salonina facing right, her elaborately coiffured hair bound with a diadem. The effigy is rendered in the characteristic Alexandrian provincial style, with fine drapery visible at the truncation. The encircling Greek legend reads ΚΟΡΝΗΛΙΑ ϹΑΛωΝΕΙΝΑ ϹΕΒ, identifying the empress as Cornelia Salonina Augusta.

Reverse description Draped bust of Isis facing left, her hair dressed in the characteristic Isiac style with a central knot and loose locks falling to the shoulders. A palm branch appears to the left of the bust, serving as a symbol of victory and divine favour. The regnal date L ΙΕ (year 15, corresponding to 267-268 AD) is inscribed in the field, flanking the bust left and right in typical Alexandrian tetradrachm fashion.
