Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Numerian facing right, seen from the rear, rendered in the Alexandrian provincial style. The emperor's effigy displays a laurel wreath, paludamentum over the shoulder, and visible cuirass detailing. The circular Greek legend reads Α Κ Μ Α ΝΟΥΜΕΡΙΑΝΟϹ Κ Ϲ, distributed around the periphery of the coin. The portrait exhibits the characteristic provincial treatment of the late third century, with bold relief and slightly irregular flan edges typical of Alexandrian tetradrachm production.
