She holds a wreath in her extended right hand and a palm branch in her left, rendered in the typical Alexandrian provincial style of the Tetrarchic period. The figure occupies the central field with regnal year notation in the exergual area. Heavy patination and surface encrustation partially obscure the finer details of the design. |

Diocletian's currency reform of 296 AD was still two years away when this piece was struck, meaning it belongs to the chaotic final phase of the old Alexandrian billon tetradrachm system — debased well below the coinage it nominally continued. The "L Γ" denotes regnal year 3, a dating convention unique to Egyptian provincial coinage that survived into the Roman period from Ptolemaic practice.
