| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Marcus Aurelius facing right, with characteristic short beard rendered in fine curls. The emperor's effigy displays the mature portraiture style associated with his Antonine coinage. A partial Greek legend runs around the periphery, reading ] ΑΝΤΩΝΙΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ, with the alpha rendered in the distinctive lambda form typical of eastern provincial issues. The flan is slightly irregular, consistent with hammered provincial mint production. |

| Reverse description | Standing female figure, identified as Homonoia or Providentia, depicted facing with head turned to the left, wearing long chiton and himation. She extends her right hand outward holding a globe, while her left arm cradles a cornucopia. The figure occupies the full height of the field, rendered in the provincial Hellenistic style characteristic of Carrhae mint output. The surrounding Greek legend ΥΠΕΡ ΝΙΚΗϹ ΤΩΝ ΚΥΡΙΩΝ ϹΕΒΑϹ, meaning 'for the victory of the lords Augusti', runs along the inner border of the coin. |
