| Obverse description | Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Emperor Tetricus I facing right, wearing a radiate crown. The imperial effigy is rendered in the late Roman provincial style characteristic of Gallic Empire coinage, with somewhat crude but expressive engraving. The encircling legend reads IMP G TETRICVS P F AVG, distributed around the periphery of the flan. |
