Obverse description Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Galerius facing right, portrayed with short beard and strong facial features characteristic of the Tetrarchic style. The radiate crown, composed of pointed rays, identifies the denomination as an antoninianus. The emperor wears a paludamentum fastened at the right shoulder, with the cuirass visible beneath. The encircling Latin legend reads GAL VAL MAXIMIANVS NOB C, identifying Galerius Valerius Maximianus in his capacity as Caesar. A beaded border frames the entire design.

Reverse description Two standing imperial figures face one another in the centre of the field, clasping right hands in a dextrarum iunctio, symbolising harmonious concordia between the two Augusti of the Tetrarchy. The left figure, taller and draped, wears a mural or turreted crown and holds a sceptre or standard, while the right figure, similarly attired, bears a military standard or spear. The exergue contains the mint mark B, denoting the second officina of the Cyzicus mint. The encircling legend CONCORDIA AVGG proclaims the harmony of the two emperors, and the entire design is enclosed within a beaded border.
