Obverse description	A standing couple in high relief, draped in classical garments, reaches forward with outstretched arms toward radiating sunbeams emanating from beyond the field. The figures are rendered in an Art Deco style against a finely engraved sunburst background. The engraver's signature M. Delannoy appears in the lower left field.

Reverse description	The upper half of the reverse features a raised frieze depicting a nude child seated and reclining beside a recumbent dog, with a bunch of grapes and other fruits to the left and a fireplace with logs to the right. The lower half of the reverse is left as a plain, polished field, presumably intended for personalized engraving. The design is anepigraphic.
