| Obverse description | Draped bust of Kore Soteira to right, her head corn-wreathed in the manner of a chthonic deity and possibly assimilated to the portrait type of Faustina II, wearing a necklace. The effigy is rendered in the provincial Greek style characteristic of Mysia. The encircling obverse legend names ΚΟΡΗ ϹΩΤΕΙΡΑ ΚΥΖΙΚΗΝΩΝ, identifying the deity as the Saviour Kore, patron goddess of Cyzicus. |

| Reverse description | A triad of healing deities disposed in the reverse field: to the left, Hygieia stands facing right, extending a patera from which a serpent feeds; at centre, the small cloaked figure of Telesphorus stands facing; to the right, Asclepius stands facing with his head turned to the left, leaning upon his serpent-entwined staff. The composition is a rare and elaborate grouping reflecting the strong cult of Asclepius in the Cyzicene region. The reverse legend, distributed around the field, records the name and title of the asiarch Aurelius Meidias as the issuing magistrate, together with the neocorate status of Cyzicus. |
