Reverse description Two deities standing facing one another in the field: Demeter at left, turning her head back to the right, holding a long torch in her right hand and ears of grain with poppy in her left; Dionysus at right, standing to the left, holding a long thyrsus in his left hand and a cantharus in his right. At the feet of Dionysus, a panther raises its right forepaw. To the left of the composition, an Amazonian pelta shield is depicted. The magistrate's legend is arranged in the exergue and surrounding field.
