| Obverse description | Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Valerian I facing right, seen from the rear, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of the Lydian mint at Daldis. The emperor's paludamentum is visible over the cuirass, and the portrait conveys the authoritative military bearing typical of mid-third-century Roman provincial coinage. A circular Greek legend surrounds the effigy in the field. |

| Reverse description | A tetrastyle temple with four columns and an arcuated (arched) lintel is depicted in frontal elevation, its architectural details rendered in the schematic style typical of provincial civic coinage. Within the temple's cella, Apollo is seated left upon the omphalos, holding a laurel branch in his extended right hand and a lyre in his left. The composition emphasizes the local cultic significance of Apollo at Daldis, with the surrounding Greek legend naming the presiding magistrate and civic identity of the issuing authority. |
