| Obverse description | Bare-headed bust of Antinous facing right, rendered in the idealised Hellenistic portrait style typical of posthumous civic issues honouring the deified favourite of Hadrian. The youthful effigy displays the characteristic full, wavy hair swept back from the forehead, with finely engraved locks framing the face. The circular Greek legend surrounds the portrait in the field. The overall style reflects the skilled die-cutting of the Lydian provincial workshops. |

| Reverse description | A bull standing in profile to the right occupies the central field, rendered in a naturalistic style with musculature lightly indicated. The animal is depicted in a static, dignified pose with all four legs visible and the head turned slightly forward. A ground line runs beneath the figure. The encircling Greek legend naming the city and the magistrate Candidus frames the type, reading continuously around the periphery of the flan. |
