Reverse description An agonistic crown rendered in profile view occupies the central field, its arched form decorated with a beaded border and surmounted by two upright palm branches symbolising victory in the sacred games. Within the crown, the inscribed text of the games is arranged in multiple horizontal lines across three registers. The surrounding legend, disposed around the periphery, records the name of the presiding grammateus and the civic ethnic of Nysa, while the lower field carries additional text identifying the festival. The whole composition is framed by a dotted border, characteristic of the civic bronze coinage of Asia Minor.
