Obverse description Confronted busts: laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing left, seen from the rear, jugate with the draped bust of Plautilla facing right. The opposing effigies are rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Carian civic bronzes, with the legend encircling the field identifying both imperial figures.

Reverse description Zeus Panamaros, draped, mounted on horseback advancing to the right, holding a long sceptre in his left hand. A lighted altar is depicted in the field before the horse. The composition reflects the distinctive local cult iconography of Zeus Panamaros, the principal deity venerated at Stratonicea, rendered in the vigorous provincial style of Carian civic coinage. The magistrate's name and ethnic appear in the surrounding legend.
