| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, depicted from the rear in the so-called 'heroic' three-quarter perspective. The effigy displays a youthful portrait with short curled hair beneath the laurel wreath, the paludamentum fastened at the shoulder, and the cuirass visible at the truncation. A dotted border encircles the design field. The Greek imperial legend runs around the periphery. |

| Reverse description | The Judgement of Paris depicted on Mount Ida in an elaborate multi-figure mythological composition. To the left, the three goddesses Athena, Hera, and Aphrodite stand in a row; at the feet of Aphrodite, Eros stands facing left with one foot raised upon a rock. To the right, Paris reclines against a tree in a languid pose, presiding over the divine contest. The scene is rendered in the provincial Greek style characteristic of Troas, with the city ethnic and mint legend distributed in the field. |
