| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Septimius Severus to the right, seen from the rear, rendered in the provincial Greek style with detailed drapery folds visible over the cuirass. A partial Greek legend runs along the upper and left periphery of the flan. The portrait exhibits characteristic heavy relief typical of Milesian civic coinage of the Severan period, with pronounced facial features and layered hair beneath the laurel wreath. |

| Reverse description | Apollo standing facing, holding a stag and a bow, juxtaposed with Septimius Severus seated left upon a curule chair, holding a patera in his right hand and a scroll in his left. Nike stands to the left, crowning the emperor. The composition reflects the civic and imperial iconographic program typical of eastern provincial coinage, associating the reigning emperor with divine patronage through the city's tutelary deity Apollo. |
