Reverse description Six ephebi depicted in procession moving to the left, collectively shouldering a sacrificial bull upon their shoulders in a scene evoking the Tauropolion festival celebrated at Nysa. A flautist stands before the procession at left, also facing left, providing ritual musical accompaniment. The figures are rendered in a compact, frieze-like composition characteristic of Anatolian provincial bronze coinage of the third century. The Greek magistrate legend arcs across the upper field, while the ethnic appears in the lower exergual area.
