| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Carian civic coinage. The emperor's effigy is boldly struck, with the laurel wreath clearly articulated across the brow. The surrounding Greek legend is distributed around the periphery of the flan, partially visible due to the irregular edge of the flan. The surface shows a dark patina with areas of encrustation consistent with prolonged burial. |

| Reverse description | Draped bust of Julia Domna facing right, her hair elaborately dressed in the characteristic waved and coiled style of the Severan period, drawn back and fastened at the nape. The empress is depicted with drapery arranged over the left shoulder, the folds rendered with confident engraving typical of provincial Carian workshops. The Greek legend encircles the field, identifying her as Augusta and associating the issue with the civic authority of Mylasa. A dotted border is partially visible around the rim. |
