Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Geta facing right, portrayed as a young emperor with curly hair rendered in high relief. The imperial effigy is depicted with a paludamentum fastened at the right shoulder, conveying military authority. A Greek imperial titulature legend encircles the bust in the field. The die work is characteristic of provincial coinage from the Bithynian region, with bold portraiture typical of the Severan period.
